My husband and I did extensive research on the most frequently used companies, and based on other reviews, we chose Airpets International and have no regrets. From the beginning of the process with Randi to the end with Dakota, the team was responsive and thorough. Flying our two fur babies from Belgium to Hawaii was very stressful and nerve-wracking; however, Dakota was on top of everything, and she and the individuals who helped with transportation, flights, and boarding in Brussels, Frankfurt, LAX, and Honolulu ensured that everything went smoothly, including a very quick direct airport release in Honolulu. The personal updates, photos, and door-to-door service, which included ice cubes in the water bowls en route to the dogs' new home in Hawaii, were wonderful personal touches. We cannot say enough about this company and highly recommend it. Yes, these pet shipping services are pricey but you cannot put a price tag on peace of mind.

This was the absolute best experience from beginning to end! From the initial quoting process, to moving over to our awesome move coordinator Sydney, to the guys I dropped my dogs off to, they made me feel comfortable from the word go. The journey for us to get to Bahrain with them was a long and tedious one and as soon as we contacted Airpets, they made it their goal to get us all situated in our new home. Thank you will never be enough. I’ve already recommended their services to multiple folks who were having the same issues we were. Thanks Airpets for making sure our family stayed together!

Super flexible with all the twist and turns my move enthralled. Military moves are never easy but moving my dog was the easiest in such a short time. They were fast, efficient and super friendly. 10/10 recommend!!

I recently moved to Seoul, South Korea from Indiana in the US. It was enough stress moving myself across the world, let alone my 2 year old cat, Jasper. I worked with Dana and Dakota to get my baby to me safely. The services Airpets provides are quite costly, but they were well worth it to me. I did an airport to home delivery. They helped communicate with my vet to ensure all documents were received in the timeframe needed, arranged a meeting at the airport with my mom, worked with the airline and crew in Germany for his layover and checkup, provided photo updates throughout his journey, ensured customs in Seoul went smooth, and coordinated delivery to my doorstep. I definitely recommend their services!

I had to ship a dog to a family member over seas. I first dealt with Randi. She was very responsive and made getting the ball rolling very easy. Sydney was our travel coordinator. She was outstanding. She even called vets in my area and made appointments for everything the dog needed to travel. Drop off at the airport was very easy. They had an associate meet me in the parking lot at JFK airport and they took care of the rest. A few hours later the dog was back with his owners. I would recommend airpets to anyone who would like to relocate a pet stress free.

We had an absolutely terrible experience shipping our two cats from Colombia to US with Airpets International. The initial contact was excellent, Even Sydney (pet travel coordinator from Airpets international) assured us that we could get the process done smoothly sooner than expected. She assured that all the paperwork I sent to her were in order, however, when there was only one week left to ship the cats, another person from a different agency that I had never spoken to before called me and informed me that the vaccination cards were missing something and that I needed to vaccinate them again, call the vet to fix it or postpone shipping ( it was Friday night and they we’re traveling on Wednesday following week) . When I tried to contact Sydney there was always an excuse, either that her cell phone was about to die or she was busy and that she would call me later. The person from the other agency (Liliana from Transanimal) was the one who helped me throughout the entire process because Sydney did not respond to me even when my cats were already on their way. They did not send me the address where to pick up my cats, I was waiting at the airport and there another person who has nothing to do with Airpets picked them up and called me that they were in another location. I picked up my cats two weeks ago and I have not heard from Airpets to make sure my cats are okay. .

I worked with Airpets International to move my two dogs overseas and it was an amazing experience. I was first helped by Elyse, who got me started with our move. She was patient, kind and professional. I was then connected with our move coordinator, Leslie, who was so helpful and supported us every step of the way. She went out of her way to answer every question we had and was incredibly knowledgeable about every part of our dogs move. She worked with the airlines, vet and AP’s international colleagues to ensure our dogs had the best move possible. We are so incredibly grateful to Airpets for ensuring a safe and smooth move for our beloved pets. I recommend Airpets and Leslie 100%.
